The Williamson County Human Resources Management Association (WCHRMA) is a non-profit Human Resources (HR) serving the Williamson and North Travis County businesses and organizations.  WCHRMA is the local chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management Association.  WCHRMA's mission is to Serve the Professional, Advance the Profession.

Our Mission The Purpose of WCHRMA shall be:

b)  To provide high quality, dynamic and responsive programs and services to our membership;

c)  To be a voice of the profession on human resource management issues in the local area;

d)  To facilitate the development and guide the direction of the human resource profession in the local area, and to promote the highest standards of ethics and diversity;

e)  To encourage cooperation and networking among members and their organizations;

f)  To support the Society for Human Resource Management and its efforts to establish, monitor and update standards for the profession.
